"We understand it can be a concern leaving your pets in someone else’s care for the first time, but I hope we can alleviate some of your fears. Home From Home Petcare Ltd is a family run business which opened its doors for the first time in February 1992.
Over the years we have seen thousands of different dogs and cats, all with varying temperaments and individual needs. Through our experience we have gained vast amounts of knowledge in giving the correct care to hundreds of different breeds young and old. We understand that it’s the people who matter in caring for our customers pets, and thus we employ the very best team for our pet care service. All full-time members of staff who deal directly with our customers pets hold qualifications in animal management, and our part-time members of staff under go training to ensure their care is of the highest standard. We also have an animal behaviourist, Emily Lunn BSc (hons) on our pet care team, and Katie Walker BSc (hons) who also holds the same degree in our Dog Training Center.
This all really means that our care is of the highest and the whole team here will ensure your pets will have the highest standard of care whilst with us, leading to happy pets on your return."

Overnight Care: Monday to Saturday: 8.00am - 5.30pm | Sundays: 8.00am - 1.00pm | Bank Holidays: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Dog Day Care: Monday to Saturday: 8.00am - 5.30pm (Extended hours for on-going day care)
Pet Pickup Service: Monday to Saturday: 9.00am - 4:00pm | Sundays: 9.00am - 12.00pm
(Closed for arrivals and departures Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)
